Once order is received, you will receive same day confirmation of appointment for on-site measure.
5-7 business days turnaround time from time of on-site measure appointment.
Days of operation are Monday through Friday PST. Closed on Holidays and Weekends.
The LiDAR will be more accurate with little to no obstruction by drawing and opening up all window coverings to the best of your ability and reduce clutter that in the way of capturing walls and other architectural element.

1. General Privacy & Image Capture Disclaimer
The Client acknowledges that property measurements and interior imaging are performed using third-party digital scanning software and capture devices. The Service Provider is not liable for the unintentional capture or display of private, sensitive, or personal items—including but not limited to personal photographs, legal documents, identifiable individuals, or personal property—located within the premises during the scanning process.
2. Client Responsibility for Property Preparation
It is the sole responsibility of the Client (or property occupant) to remove, secure, or conceal any private, sensitive, confidential, or personally identifiable items prior to the technician’s arrival. The Service Provider shall not be responsible for editing, blurring, or removing sensitive items from final deliverables unless explicitly agreed upon in writing prior to service.
3. Third-Party Vendor Data Handling & Hosting
The Client acknowledges that data captured during the service is processed, hosted, and stored using independent third-party technology providers. The Service Provider assumes no liability for privacy breaches, unauthorized data access, server downtime, or third-party data processing practices outside of its direct control.
4. Authorization to Capture
By scheduling this service, the Client represents and warrants that they have full legal authority, or have obtained express permission from the property owner and occupants, to permit the Service Provider and its third-party tools to photograph, scan, and record the property interior and exterior.
