Step 01: Upload Your File for Conversion
Only one floor plan per file is permitted, up to 5000 square feet. Ensure that measurements/dimensions are legible.
Image-only or scanned PDF if it’s a Blueprint, MLS Floor Plan, On-Site Measure, Hand Sketch
Native pdf or dwg if it’s a Digital Layer Transfer (a non-scanned or vector-based file is preferred).
Step 02: Upload Your Logo (optional)
Personalize and brand your floor plan with your company logo. It’s a nice and professional touch.
Step 03: Add a Project Address (optional)
Convenient and key to look up and identify the property.
Step 04: Add a Sidemark (optional)
Help to identify your project. This can be the street name or client’s last name.
Orders processed by 12 noon PST time will receive same day confirmation if order is successful.
3-5 business days turnaround time from time of email confirmation.
Days of operation is Monday through Friday PST. Closed on Holidays and Weekends.
Uploads must be legible otherwise, confirmation will be delayed until resolution is reached.

- Floor plans to scale at ⅛”, ¼”, or ½”, whichever fits best
- Set up on 11x17 or 24x36 paper space with title block
- Professional line weights, dimensions, labels, symbols, and notes
DWG for Easy Design Development
- Standard dimension set up (default to feet/inches)
- Proper layer convention simple selection
- Xref file for logo and title block
